Great little e-book read. In fact, I was recommending this to one of our student employees just the other day.
I read it over the summer and it helped convince me that getting up early in the morning is a good strategy for me. I work out, take my time getting ready, read the paper on my iPad. It’s amazing how a simple thing like not being rushed in the morning can set the pace and attitude for the rest of the day in front of you.
